Requirement Gathering

Detailed communication of your project specifications, materials, and delivery timelines.

Earnest Money

A letter of intent or earnest money activates full technical support, including site measurement and detailed engineering

On-site Measurement

When necessary, we utilize advanced 3D scanning technology to capture precise site data, ensuring subsequent shop drawings perfectly align with actual structure.

Design Development

Based on your original architectural plans, we provide detailed shop drawings, converting your design into manufacturable solutions by refining connection and fabrication details.

Contract Signing

After deepening design is finalized, we confirm of final quotation. Both parties sign Sales Contract to fix technical standards and commercial terms.

Advance Payment & Production

Client pays agreed advance payment to activate production order. We synchronize progress updates with you throughout manufacturing cycle.

07

Quality Inspection & Balance

Rigorous QC ensures all panels meet agreed standards. Upon completion, client pays remaining balance.

Shipment Arrangement

We arrange shipment according to agreed terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.), providing all necessary documentation for export.

What is the lead time for customized orders?

Lead time typically ranges from 15-25 days depending on the complexity of your order and current production schedule. We'll provide a specific timeline after reviewing your requirements.

Do you provide installation services?

We are temporarily unable to provide installation services outside China.

Do you provide on-site measurement services?

Yes, we can provide on-site measurement and 3D scanning services. However, please note that this service is only available for orders with sufficient quantity. For smaller orders, on-site service may not be available.

Can you customize colors and surface finishes?

Yes, we offer a wide range of colors (RAL, Pantone) and finishes such as powder coating, PVDF coating, and wood/marble textures. We can also provide color samples for confirmation.

Do you provide design or drawing support?

Yes, our engineering team can assist with CAD drawings, 3D models, and installation guidance based on your project requirements.

Do you provide samples, and are they free or at an additional cost?

Yes, we can provide free samples, but the shipping cost is paid by the customer.

What quality certifications do you have?
